Gold pieces, custom designs and specialist sizes can take approximately 8–12 weeks because they are individually made to order.

Your finished jewellery is carefully packaged and returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Delivery is included with jewellery pieces, giving you one less thing to think about when your order is ready to come home.

Yes. Every memorial stone is individually created by hand using your chosen colour, finish and inclusion.

No two pieces will ever be completely identical, which is part of what makes each one so special.

Your jewellery is created to be treasured, but like all fine jewellery it should be treated with care.

We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, excessive heat and prolonged contact with water, and removing your piece before swimming, cleaning or heavy manual work.

We can sometimes accommodate bespoke requests or adjustments to existing designs.
