We understand that sending ashes, hair or fur to someone can feel daunting.
That’s why we make the process as simple, reassuring and personal as possible.

From the moment your order is placed to the moment your finished jewellery arrives home, your precious inclusion is treated with the care and respect it deserves.

♡ Step 1 — Choose Your Jewellery

Choose the memorial piece that feels right for you.

Whether you're looking for a ring, pendant, bracelet, charm or a special piece to remember a beloved pet, you'll find a variety of designs to choose from.

Once you've selected your jewellery, you can choose your ring size, memorial stone colour and any available personalisation or engraving options.

♡ Step 2 — Send Your Precious Inclusion

After placing your order, you'll receive clear instructions on how to send your inclusion to me within 24 hours.

I only need around one teaspoon of ashes, and I can often work with much less.

Depending on your chosen design, I can work with ashes, hair, pet fur, breastmilk, funeral flowers and other sentimental inclusions by prior arrangement.

If you'd prefer some extra reassurance when sending your inclusion, you can also purchase one of our Inclusion Postal Kits, which contains everything you need to send it securely.

♡ Step 3 — I Create Your Memorial Jewellery

This is where your memories become something you can hold onto.

Your inclusion is carefully prepared and incorporated into your chosen jewellery by hand.

I work on memorial orders individually, taking the time to create each piece with care and attention to detail.

Because every memorial stone is handmade, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.

The colour, pattern and placement of your inclusion will naturally create a completely unique piece — made especially for you.

♡ Step 4 — Your Jewellery Comes Home

Once your jewellery is finished, it is carefully checked, polished and prepared for its journey home to you.

Your completed jewellery is securely packaged and sent using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, which is included in the price.

Any unused ashes, hair or fur will also be carefully packaged and returned to you with your finished jewellery.
