After placing your order, you will receive instructions within 24hrs explaining how to safely send your inclusion to me. I only request a teaspoon sized amount of ashes.

You can package and send it yourself, or you can add one of my Inclusion Postal Kits to your order.

The postal kit includes a secure screw-top container, protective packaging, instructions and a prepaid tracked return label, making the process as simple and reassuring as possible.

I recommend using a secure, tracked postal service when sending your inclusion. My optional Inclusion Postal Kit is designed specifically to make sending ashes, hair or fur as straightforward and secure as possible.

Your inclusion is kept safely with your individual order while your jewellery is being created.

Nothing is discarded.

Any ashes, hair or fur that are not required for your jewellery will be carefully packaged in a keepsake glass bottle and returned to you with your finished piece.

For the most accurate result, I strongly recommend having your finger professionally measured at a local jeweller before ordering.

This usually only takes a few minutes and helps avoid sizing problems once your handmade ring is complete.

Please do not rely solely on printable ring-size charts or measuring an existing ring unless you are confident the measurement is accurate.

Yes. There is a wide selection of beautiful memorial stone colours available, including opal, crushed crystal and mica finishes.

Please bear in mind that every memorial stone is individually handmade, so colours, patterns and the appearance of ashes may vary slightly from the examples shown. This makes every piece completely unique.

Yes, you can opt to have the ashes or hair completely hidden underneath the stone colour.

A photo of the ashes set before the colour is sent to you once the piece is completed.

The usual turn around time for most designs is roughly 4-6 weeks.

Gold and custom designs/sizes take considerably longer as they are made to order, usually 8-12 weeks.

Once your jewellery is complete, it will be carefully packaged and returned using Royal Mail's secure Next Day Delivery Before 1pm service. All prices have delivery fees included.

Any unused ashes, hair or fur will be returned at the same time.

Yes, in many cases ashes, hair or fur from more than one loved one or pet can be incorporated into the same memorial piece.

Please leave clear instructions with your order, particularly if you would like the inclusions kept separate or placed in different sections of the jewellery.

Every memorial stone is individually created by hand using your chosen colour and inclusion.

Because of the handmade nature of the process, no two stones will ever look exactly the same.

Small variations in colour, pattern, ash placement and finish are completely normal and form part of what makes your jewellery unique.

Your memorial stone is created using high-quality jewellery resin designed to produce a strong and long-lasting finish.

As with all jewellery, however, it should be treated with care.

Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products, swimming pools, hot tubs and excessive heat.

I also recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, cleaning or undertaking heavy manual work.

I am sometimes able to accommodate custom requests or modifications to existing designs.

I will let you know whether the design is achievable and provide any additional costs where necessary.
