Our cleaning and repair services help restore the appearance of your treasured jewellery, treating each piece with care and respect.

Stone Re-Setting Service

Missing decorative clear stones (non-memorial) are replaced and securely re-set using high-quality stones sourced from the original jewellery supplier.

The price includes return postage.

Cleaning, Polishing & Resin Re-Coating Service

Your jewellery is ultrasonically cleaned, treated with silver cleaner and carefully polished to restore its shine. The resin stone is then re-coated to refresh its finish and help reduce the appearance of minor surface scratches and discolouration.

The price includes return postage once the service is complete.

A memorial stone repair/replacement on an existing piece 

This is for a complete memorial stone reset on an existing piece of jewellery, whether it’s been originally bought from Loves You Memorial Jewellery, another memorial jewellery company or an existing piece you already own that can incorporate a memorial stone being set into it.
