> Please be certain when requesting a ring size
I always recommend clients visit their local jeweller to be measured correctly. I cannot replace/refund a ring once it’s made to a certain size.
> All rings are now being measured against a Durston PrecisionFit Steel Rod
From April 2026 all rings will now be measured against a Durston PrecisionFit Steel marked ring mandrel. This is the industry standard sizing rod, manufactured using state of the art technology which guarantees perfect sizing between mandrel and ring. Half a size either way is an acceptable tolerance due to how our rings are manufactured.

I will not replace an item of jewellery that has been damaged due to lack of care. The care cards provided with each order list the ways to help keep your piece pristine. Normal wear and tear, especially to rings, is to be expected. I offer a clean amd repair service on the website.
> Sending ashes/hair/fur/breastmilk in the post is done so at your own risk
Royal Mail is 99.9% accurate but please bear in mind that things can go missing. I advise clients to NEVER send all they have left of their loved one. I also offer an Inclusion Kit online that makes it easier to send any inclusions to me, to include a pre-paid 48hr tracked label.
> A lot of my designs contain cubic zirconia decorative crystals
I buy high quality pieces from different jewellers, but these stones can fall out due to no fault of the client or myself. Pieces are checked when I receive them for faults, and again when they are finished and sent out.
If a CZ stone falls out within 3 months of being received I will replace/fix this free of charge for the client. After this time, it’s the client’s responsibility for the rings condition. I do offer a ’ CZ re-setting service and a jewellery cleaning service if required.
> I cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with the ring.
> Items are made to order, so cannot be refunded once completed.
